HauzGenie ("we", "us") operates a chatbot lead capture service deployed on real estate websites. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information We Collect

When a visitor interacts with the chatbot, we collect only the information they voluntarily provide — including name, phone number, and email address. We do not collect any data passively or without the visitor's direct input.

How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely to notify the real estate agent of a new lead inquiry via SMS. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

SMS Notifications

We use Twilio to send automated SMS messages to real estate agents who have opted in to receive lead alerts as part of their service subscription. Message frequency depends on lead volume. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention

Lead data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the notification and is not stored beyond that purpose. We do not maintain a long-term database of visitor submissions.
